a solution that illicits a positive response from a specific group of people.
It involves developing or supporting an image to show the public what your company
is or what you are striving to be.When a person looks at a piece of marketing
material they should want to do business with that company and trust in its
legitimacy, without being conscious of the fact that every detail of the piece
was meticulously placed and designed.
